Chicago has so many great interior designers. One of my favorites is Summer Thornton who just has this way of making traditional design look so fresh by giving it a twist with new, contemporary changes like unexpected colors and fabrics. She has a way of making rooms feel rich and opulent without feeling stuffy and unapproachable.

This kitchen is completely ridiculously amazing–every little detail perfectly thought out. I mean even the wood above the fireplace highlights the brass accents in the kitchen.
Here’s the same kind of industrial chic look in a bathroom
Dream bedrooms for big people…
…and little people…
I love every piece in this nursery and it just all comes together to create this perfectly curated room…yes, I’m jealous of this child!
