Yellow Decor

Daffodils have been the center of my dining room table lately and I just love the pop of color when I walk into the room.  I’ve never really used the color yellow in my decor but after seeing how happy the daffodils make me, it might be time to add a few touches of yellow in my home.  Here are some images that have caught my eye.

I’ve shared this photo before when I was looking to purchase barstools.  It’s still one of my favorites and the right amount of color in a kitchen.

A nice idea if you love wallpaper but don’t want to invest the money or make a commitment on all of your walls.

Not sure I could do this on my entryway stairs but what about down the stairs to the basement or laundry room.  Or, even back steps by a door.

I’ve always loved the look of a yellow door with gray siding.

Love this idea of using different wallpaper or paper of the same color but different designs.

Using yellow in your home will definitely give you the feeling of spring even when it’s March and there’s still snow on the ground!  Tomorrow I will show you some fun yellow accessories.
