Looking for a way to create a little fun and interest on your walls, but don’t want to invest in expensive wallpaper? Well, one option I’m kind of loving is tone-on-tone stripes with paint.
Here are some of my favorite rooms..
This is one of my all-time favorite nurseries.
Great room for a teenager. The fun stripes on the ceiling allow the wall color to be on the darker side.
Love, love, love this! I might just have to try stripes on the ceiling in my daughter’s room. I adore the daybed and built-in bookshelves, too.
If bold stripes are too much, try an accent stripe. Although, I would continue this stripe all the way around the room.
The two tone blue color stripes tone it down a bit for a more subtle effect.
This is one example of an accent wall that I approve of. The bold stripes with those tufted headboards are perfection!
Have any of you experimented with stripes?
