It’s no surprise that I spend the first twenty minutes of my morning (while the kids are still asleep and I have a cup of tea in my hand) reading other blogs– some days it’s a quick browse and other days I read EVERY word. Here are a few images I can’t get out of my head and hope to implement a few of the accessories in my own home soon.

Check out Emily Henderson’s room reveal of a project she’s been working on. This room screams everything I love about design–clean lines, soft paint color, and modern pieces mixed with traditional touches. Would you believe that all of that beautiful white trim use to be dark brown?  For any of you thinking about painting trim-she gives you the okay to do so and never turn back.

And here’s a look at the other side.  Love the round coffee table–a perfect indestructible surface for kids to write on.

Loving this great solution for a stylish changing table in a babies room. Mounting storage on the wall will make the room appear larger.  If you are a DIY type,   you can read all about how to make your own storage here.  And isn’t the sconce so darn good looking?

A House in the Hills shares her AMAZING living room update.  The floating storage unit creates a much needed entryway and gives the room separation.  Can you believe the mirror is from Restoration Hardware? Oh, and the adorable side table is from here.

I can’t get enough of walnut these days.  I want it everywhere…kitchen, bath, bookshelves you name it.  It’s so rich and clean looking.  LOVE it in this bathroom.

This image has been saved on my desktop for weeks now.  Blue Print is a home design store in Austin.  This is a photo from their blog and IF only I could find that exact piece of art for my living room-gorgeous!!
