Blue and Green SHOULD be seen

For some odd reason, every time I put on green, I think of this saying: “blue and green should never be seen together, except in the washing machine.” So old school, but it’s memorable so it always makes me question putting blue and green together! When I saw the cover of September’s House Beautiful though, it just reminded me of how beautifully they go together.

Don’t love the combo enough to use in a main room? Another example of brighter shades of the two colors–this time in a craft room which would be an easy place to try something new
