I stumbled upon H2 Design + Build last weekend and couldn’t stop looking at some of their beautiful remodels. I was dying over this modern farmhouse.
Love the simplicity of the exterior combined with such a lush landscape.
One of the best things about the design in this house is the mix of modern and traditional furniture pieces. It doesn’t get much better than a rustic wood table mixed with ghost chairs. They’ve chose to add a little softness with some wingback upholstered chairs at the end.
The lamp, wallpaper and the rug! Perfect combination and I’m loving the deep blue couch.
Another favorite kitchen with no upper cabinets along one wall. Love the windows and simplicity. I used the same hardware in my own kitchen.
Love the layout of this room and how the TV is not the focal point. Great option for someone not wanting to mount it over the fireplace.
That door! Love this architectural modern detail.
There’s something so calming about the all white farmhouse with lush, greenery and no pops of color.
